Cancellation Policy:

• A 100% non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay is required to be made upon confirmed reservations.
• Reservations could not be cancelled.
• No amendment, No Cancellation and Non-refundable.
• No-show & shorten stay is at 100% penalty charge of actual reservation.  

Extra Person Policy (max 1 sofa bed can be added in each villa for max 2 extra persons sharing):

• Additional charge for extra person age 12.00 years old and older is @THB 2,000.-net/person/night for breakfast, sofa bed (No Dinner).
• Additional charge for children age between 05.00 – 11.99 years old is @THB 1,000.-net/child/night for breakfast, sofa bed (No Dinner).
• Children age between 0 – 4.99 years old stay free of charge when stay on the existing parent’s bed (no extra bed).
